Faith C. Callahan, M.A.T.

Faith has worked in the field of education for over 30 years.  She entered the field as a teacher with a B.A. in Education from the University of Dayton with a specialization in learning disabilities and behavioral disorders.  She also has a M.A.T. (Master of Arts in Teaching) from Sacred Heart University where she was the recipient of the Dean’s Leadership Award.  Faith has also worked as a developmental math consultant for a major publishing company for whom she opened the sales market in the northeastern United States.

Since entering the field of educational consulting, Faith has visited over 165 schools nationwide in order to gain a first-hand sensitivity to those schools that will be the best fit for her clients.  Her consulting interests involve those potential boarding school students with traditional learning profiles, diverse learning needs and those who are stepping down from therapeutic programs.  Faith uses a comprehensive approach that involves the student, parent, teachers and other stakeholders to gain a comprehensive understanding of each student who she is working to place in a boarding setting in which he or she will thrive.  Over her years of experience, she is known for her sensitive and respectful approach to parents and students of all ages.
